多家輪胎工廠被查！
12月11日，土耳其競爭管理局宣布，已開始對在輪胎生產和銷售領域運營的17家輪胎公司展開反壟斷調查。此次正式調查是在前期調查之后進行的，前期調查所獲取的文件及發現被認為“嚴重且充分”，足以啟動這一調查流程。
調查這些公司旨在確定它們是否違反了土耳其《競爭保護法》第4條的相關規定，該條款涉及價格操縱、對市場供應的控制或者限制、阻礙競爭對手運營的活動等方面。
被土耳其競爭管理局點名的17家公司分別為：

2.Abdullah Ozdogan Trade Automotive Petroleum Construction Machinery Industry Import and Export Ltd
3.Aydin Tyre Sales. Service. Ltd. Co.
4.Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci Tire Industry and Trade Inc.
5.Cengizler Auto Tire Marketing Construction.Tourism Transportation Textile Real Estate Import and Export Industry Trade Ltd Co.
6.Goodyear Tires Inc.
7.Gurlas Auto Tire Industry Trade Ltd. Co.
8.Hankook Tires Inc.
9.Karde?ler Transportation Rim Mot. Vehicles Service Services Trade Ltd. Co.
10.Michelin Tires Trading Inc.
11.Module Tire Automotive Trade Joint Stock Company
12.Automotive Tires Distribution Inc.
13.Ozcanlar Tire Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.
14.Pirelli Automobile Tires Inc.
15.Prometeon Turkey Industrial and Commercial Tires Inc.
16.Prolas Autom. Transport. Hardware Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.
17.Tatko Tire Industry and Trade Inc.
這17家輪胎公司中，除了土耳其當地企業和貿易公司外，還包括米其林、普利司通、固特異、韓泰輪胎、倍耐力等外資輪胎巨頭在土耳其的工廠和銷售公司。
總體來看，這是土耳其針對輪胎行業眾多企業可能存在的違反競爭法行為展開的一項重要反壟斷調查行動，后續這些公司的相關運營情況以及調查結果值得持續關注。
